Shipping
All items will be shipped in a timely manner via UPS/USPS/DHL. You will automatically receive an email/text message with your tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please remember to completely fill out each area in the checkout process.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Orders W/ Order Protection
If you added Order Protection at checkout, please file a claim with the Order Protection team for quick assistance with “in-transit” related issues. THE OTW TEAM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS AFTER THEY LEAVE THE WAREHOUSE AND ARE WITH THE PARCEL SERVICE.
Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations
All sales are final. The OTW team does NOT offer exchanges or returns of any kind. If a mistake is made on our end we will fix it for you. We do not cancel orders after they are submitted. We do NOT edit shipping addresses after orders are submitted.
