SHIPING POLICY

We currently only offer domestic shipping only.

Due to us being a small upcoming business all of our products are made to order unless stated other wise in product description ("ready to ship"). Please allow 2-3 weeks for product production and then 1-2 weeks for your order to ship. We post live updates of your product on our instagram page @otwstudios. Thank you for your patience.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

All sales are final due to limited nature of each product. If we personally make a mistake with your order as in sending the wrong size or product we will take full responsibility and fix the problem. Please check all size charts for proper fitting.

CARE

To keep our products you order from us in the best shape possible we recommend you wash on cold or dry cleaning. 

We also recommend you hang dry all garments instead of machine drying to maintain the quality of the print. Machine drying garments will distress the print over time.
